“This product is based on an elastic bungee that provides a fixed resistance for rowing. This means that the computer can’t assess how hard you are working, no good for proper exercise or training.

Our research suggests that tension based rowers aren’t the most popular but there are one or two that are good buys and unfortunately this isn’t one of them. Yes this machine has an incredibly low price tag and looks the part but the  fixed bungee resistance gives users an unacceptable workout.
